

How many users can I invite?



As many as you like. Ximplifi's value is not based on users, rather it's based on helping you and your customer(s) get actionable insights and the right recommendations to keep Azure cost optimised.

Do you offer free trials?



Yes. You can have 30 days for free testing it with a few customers, everything included.

What if I don't like it?



Then you can terminate your subscription at no additional cost. If you have subscribed for an annual commitment, we can arrange for a refund for the remainder of the commitment. Please see our Terms and Conditions about our refund policy.

Sounds too good. But can't I do the job myself?



Of course. Ximplifi simply automates the process of monitoring, analysing, scheduling, starting and stopping, scaling, reporting, granting access... in a few clicks. You are more than free to spend your people's time on those tasks.

So, do I need technicians to implement Ximplifi?



You need someone with Global Admin rights to sign up and grant the right permissions to Ximplifi. It will act as a consultant application on your cloud environment (Tenant) and do all the necessary jobs in the background.

I have multiple tenants. Can I integrate them in Ximplifi?



In practice, yes. But it requires some extra ninja tweaking to do so. Please reach out and let's talk about what we can do for you.

How many users can I invite to my account?



As many as you like. Ximplifi is made for people. And we believe you have much better control if you let them use Azure via Ximplifi, instead of inviting them into Azure portal or any other cloud portals for that matter. Even consultants.

I'd like to try it out first. Do you offer free trials?



Yes. We offer 30 days free trial, so you at least get a sense of what the tool can do. We will set up dialogue with you in the meantime to align expectations.

Can I get a refund if I don’t like the product?


